i tried getting a reply to convert the hacked version of this in the 1.0.0 Data for escape velocity. i waited over a week, and no reply. This plug is not done by me originally, but i did re-do all the ID's to comply with version 1.0.2 of EV. Likewise the art was not done by me.
i apologize before-hand if anyone gets upset that i incorporated this into a plug-in, i tried to get permission, with no response, and i liked the idea of the tie fighter being in the game but not being able to use it unless i downgraded to version 1.0.0 (which i really didn't want to do and i was sure a few others didn't want to either.)

(i won't even enter this into any plug-in contests, this was more of a test to see if i could get everything working such as graphics, names where they apropriately go etc. for the upcomming plug i'll end up having to do all on my own.)
